About Peak
No ego, just iron.
Peak was founded in 2019 to create a gym where serious lifters could train without distraction. No machines. No distractions. No judgment. Just barbells, form-focused coaching, and real community.
We believe that strength training is for everyone, and form comes before ego. Every member—from beginner to advanced—gets the same level of coaching and attention.

Our values
Form first
Ego is checked at the door. Heavy weight without proper form is not strength—it's injury waiting to happen.
Community
You lift alone, but you're never alone. Every member is welcome and respected here. Your goals are our goals.
Progress
Strength is built slowly and consistently. We measure progress, track improvements, and celebrate every win.
